Dear Zelda,

On behalf of Motorola Inc. Cellular Subscriber Sector, I would like to sincerely thank you for such a wonderful workshop on Networking Skills that you conducted at our recent employee diversity council meeting. Your presentation style, enthusiasm and enlightening, practical exercises helped reinforce the tips and skills of successful business interactions.

I would also like to personally thank you for arranging the presentation on such short notice. You came through for us when needed and pleasantly provided much more than what we asked during your workshop. You can be assured that we will highly recommend you to other Motorola business divisions as well as other companies looking for a dynamic, exciting motivational business speaker.   We look forward to your return back to Libertyville at some point later in the year.

Sincerely,

Donald Carter

Dear Zelda,

It was a pleasure to have you present at our meeting in December. Your talk seemed to set the tone for the rest of our meeting. Our team needed professional from outside of the company to heighten our awareness and commitment to training. Again, your presentation was very enjoyable and the timing was perfect for our group.

Dear Ms. Robinson:

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for assisting the Mayor’s Office of Employment (MET) at our annual Job held on April 7, 1998. It would have been extremely difficult to serve the thousands of job seekers without your help and the valuable information disseminated at your presentation.

The valuable support we received from people such as yourself reinforces the city’s logo: “Chicago Works Together”.

Again, please accept my personal thanks and appreciation. We are enclosing a Certificate of Appreciation for your efforts.
Sincerely,

Maritza Marrero
Executive Director

On behalf of V103 Radio and Merry Green Promotions Group, we thank you for being available to do your part in educating and motivating the African American community. We hope that the experience was memorable for you and invite you to continue with us, in spirit, as we continue our quest to provide avenues for uplifting our community.

Dear Ms. Robinson,

The staff of European American would like to thank you very much for your presentation at our meeting last weekend. We were all challenged with the weather and were glad you could accommodate quickly. All of the staff in the crowd was very interested and pleased with the presentation.

Your message about the need to focus in our daily lives was a message that touched me deeply. My hope is that I can remember your great points and hold on to those thoughts every day. Also, the deep breathing exercise you demonstrated was something that is easy enough do but we lose “focus” in our daily activities. And of course, the recording of the meeting, thanks for bringing us to the world of television.

Once again, thank you so much for your participation. You are a true team player. As an old friend of EAA, we would like you to join us in our new activity on June 24th. Please bring as many friends as you want too.

Thank you to higher learning for all the wonderful support they have given to European American Association. We can always count on them to join together with us and assist the communities. Higher learning network has been instrumental in helping out community kids through the toys programs and through bringing to the zoo to life. Higher learning donated zoo tickets to EAA. Through their website, they have assisted in promoting our programs. We are blessed to be associated with this great
organization.
Hi Debra, Hope it’s not too late to use this. Higher Learning Network never ceases to amaze! The founders are highly skilled in the TV / Radio production industry and they share their knowledge in a nurturing and beneficial way. HLN gives people from urban neighborhoods a purpose, they learn to love and trust themselves and gain pride confidence in doing so. I am certain the youths and adults they touch influence others to do the same. I had the good fortune to have been interviewed by Zelda “Shelomith” Robinson on the HLN TV show and it brought awareness to my profession as an ITEX barter broker which is excellent because the purpose of my job is to inspire people to become small business owners than to help them maximize sales and offset expenses. HLN’s weekly newsletter of information and inspiration contains a vast amount of helpful information which I am sure takes quite a while to gather and compile. The content of their newsletter is always uplifting and encouraging and the underlying force is about trusting oneself and loving one and other. HNL is the salt of the earth, they lead by example and they truly make the world a better place.

To whom it may concern; I’ve been friends with Shelomith (Zelda) for over 15 years, and, after attended more than a few of her workshops, purchasing a few of her inspirational books and CDs, I can say that she is most definitely a force to be reckoned with, while also being a tremendous help in uplifting those who could use a little uplifting…especially the spiritual kind. Zelda (Shelomith) understands human nature, and the also the Spiritual needs of all of us, I highly recommend everybody not only read her works but also visit her website(s) and glean the knowledge that she expounds, which is free for the taking.

Thanks, (Uncle )Bob Starshak

Greetings, HLN headed by Zelda Robinson-Hogues (Shelomith) has been a God send. I met Shelomith back in 1995 at now ClearChannel Radio and what she’s brought to the community as an on-air personality parallels with her amazing straight forward, honest and inspirational message today. Never ceasing to amaze, HLN has weathered the economical storm to consistently bring financial, educational and social awareness and opportunities to our youth and adults across the Chicago land area. In my opinion, HLN is truly an enduring empowerment who represents LOVE: MWD pg.690…unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of others. HLN has supported my business with this LOVE (Mark 12:30-31)and I will continue to support their efforts and calling to INSPIRE our community with the knowledgeable tools of self-sufficiency into the future.

Hello Zelda, Just wanted to drop you a note of appreciation for all the wonderful and helpful services you provide to your community through your different programs at higher learning for the youth and everyone else. It seems your heart is big enough to include anyone who needs help. You are always open to help everyone in some kind of way. And even with your busy schedule, you find time to volunteer at our food pantry. My, my if everyone in this world had the same kindness and open heart as you, Zelda, this world would certainly be a more happy and gentle place. When we give love from ourselves in the form of actions, everyone benefits. My hat off to you and your group! May God continue to richly bless you so that you can continue to be his hands in disguise. Shalom!

Higher Learning Network has supported Kids Off The Block for over six years with media donations to help give youth in our communities opportunities for a successful life. We are so grateful to Tony & Zelda for always being Champions for Change. Not only have they donated their time and expertise to our signature events, such as; Feed A Teen Thanksgiving Day Dinner, Christmas Toy Give-A-Way, Unity for Community, they have also mentored out youth through encouragement, and engaging activities. They are humanitarians and “heroes” in our communities. The passion and dedication they have shown to give youth who feel hopeless a chance to excel in believe in themselves have set them apart and we are proud and honored to continue working with them in the future.

Thank you, Diane Latiker – Founder/President

Shelomith, I learned about your abilities long ago. I knew then about some of the knowledge you had to offer others. Wow!!! I then saw you give the youth an opportunity to observe, work and volunteer along the side of yourself. I saw their faces keep a smile. They also began to think, act and look like professionals. They received invaluable media savvy as they interacted with mainstream professional colleagues of yours and seriously gave you their utmost attention and effort. They were happy to be equipped with valuable knowledge and become leaders among their peers. Please continue to do the work that you do. It is so necessary. You much needed and appreciated. Peace and Blessings

Thank you so much to the Higher Learning Network for all the work you do. Zelda Robinson-Hogues and Tony Hogues are mentors for young men and women. Zelda being the motivator works tirelessly alongside her partner Tony to be committed to the community. Students and seniors are always a top priority with The Higher Learning Network not to mention the homeless. I’ve known Zelda fondly known as Shelomith professionally and personally since 1996. I recall the time I was asked to be the keynote speaker at Cook County Jail. I had to speak to 900 women detainees. I brought Zelda along with me for my visit and the female inmates were truly encouraged by her words of wisdom. Zelda is one of the most phenomenal women on this planet. I am so proud to be affiliated with The Higher Learning Network as it continues to elevate, educate and inspire.

Blessings with a big squeeze hug, Troi Tyler Media Personality and Station Manager For WCSU-iheartradio
